We do Dye-Sublimation. It is different process compared with direct print on the fabric. Dye-Sublimation uses high heat and solid dyes to produce lab-quality images. Dye-Sub printers contain a roll of transparent film. Solid dyes in Cyan, magenta, yellow and black colour are embedded in the film. We use the heat to transfer the colour onto the fabric. Dye-Sublimation printers lay down colour in continuous tones, instead of dots of ink. Because the colour is absorbed into the print rather than sitting on the surface, the output is more photo-realistic, and durable compared to direct fabric prints.
